Welcome to Plamily, a family planner app that helps you and your loved ones manage calendars, tasks, and shopping lists together.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Plamily mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using Plamily, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Plamily is intended for use by individuals who are at least 13 years old. Children under the age of 13 may only use the app with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You may create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
You may also create offline profiles for family members, such as young children. These profiles are not real user accounts and do not collect personal data.
You agree to use Plamily only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Plamily allows optional integration with third-party services such as Google Calendar and your device's local calendar. Imported events are stored securely and used to enhance your planning experience. You control which events to import.
Some features of Plamily may require a paid subscription. Prices and terms for premium access will be clearly disclosed within the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the app in a harmful or illegal manner.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email.
The Plamily app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any data loss or scheduling conflicts resulting from your use of the Service.
